Optional Cut up celery into very small pieces Optional Cut up cabbage into very small pieces No garlic or dill and no pink tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste Cook for 1 Hour Have clean 2 pint jars or 1 qt ready Pack jars when hot Place lid & Ring on Jars Keep jars in room temperature and covered for color Refrigerate when ready to eat or after jar is open
